Mr. Ofer Al-Yagur, internationally certified as a senior instructor of Nonviolent communication ® and the Human Dynamics® Model. Trains instructors in these methodologies. In addition, serves as instructor of the lots® model procedures for organizational planning. Ofer has extensive experience in the education system as a teacher, pedagogical instructor and manager.
 
Deputy General Manager of the Foundation in Israel
Mrs. Yakarah Attias-Rosen, M.A. in Business Administration. Yakarah is responsible for marketing and business development, as well as for canvassing funds and resources for the organization. Yakarah is a certified instructor of Nonviolent Communication ® for Human Dynamics® and serves as procedure instructor in the lots® model for organizational planning.
